Project V: Degrees of Dimensionality - Alter Ego

I haven’t found any link to spirituality or religion. I don’t have anything against religion myself, but I feel like the human factor of believing in something has never been a part of who I am. I live in my little world and do things day by day without thinking of the bigger picture (things like the afterlife, or death, whatever you believe in.) In fact I find myself fearing it. My alter ego is someone who can live freely and embrace things like death, life, all the fears and worldly things we don’t think about. The small fears we have in our lives don’t exist.

A lot the influence from my mask comes from 'The Day of the Dead' in Mexico, where death is celebrated.

3D Design: Definitions

Balance:  a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions.


Contrast: the state of being strikingly different from something else, typically something in juxtaposition or close association.


Emphasis: special importance, value, or prominence given to something


Repetition: the action of repeating something that has already been said or written.


Rhythm: a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement or sound.


Scale: the relationship of one thing to another in terms of quantity, size, or number.


Variety: the quality or state of being different or diverse; the absence of uniformity.
